If you read their FAQ page you’ll find that they only guarantee a response to customer service questions within 24 hours.

Their live chat feature is the biggest disappointment on the customer service side. After submitting a question, we have often found that you get the old “It seems to be taking longer than usual. Please leave us an offline message.” screen from them more often than you get an actual answer. It would have been better if they just shut down when they were offline as so many other providers do.

Update: They have since shut down their live chat. Though disappointing, it is better than leading people to believe a live agent will help them when there will not be one.

Of note is the fact that they do have a phone number to contact for support. The area code is in Houston, USA. This is a long distance call for us, so we haven’t tried it, but you should give it a try if you’re local and really need to get hold of them.

They also have a blog which has not been updated in over a year. This leads them to look as if they are no longer in business. A few new posts would help solve that easily.

While there is no particular reason to get all that excited about what they do, their customer service issues, and slightly higher prices, could lead you to wanting to choose someone else.
