HYPEZ offers multiple package for Instagram followers:

They also offer services for Instagram Likes as well, we did not test these services so we did not review them.

The Ordering Process
The order process is quite simple with HYPEZ. You choose the package that you want to purchase, put in your Instagram username and email and then pay with Paypal or any major credit card. The followers are delivered almost instantly, which may be problematic for your if you are ordering the 10,000 follower package. Noone gets 10,000 followers in one day within 20 minutes of each other.

Conclusion
HYPEZ survived the instapurge and consistently delivers Instagram followers in a rapid manner. We have not had any issues with their followers dropping off and they are generally a pleasant company to deal with. The speed in which they deliver their followers, especially the larger packages may be cause for concern, but we have yet to see any real detriment to their delivery service. It may be beneficial for you to start with one of the smaller packages and see if you are comfortable with the service before you choose a larger follower package.
